Terms of Sale and Use

These terms govern your use of this website and every purchase from RegenRevive. By using the site or placing an order you accept them, together with our Research-Use Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. RegenRevive supplies its own APEX range of research peptide pens to customers in Portugal. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February (distance contracts), Decree-Law no. 84/2021 of 18 October (conformity of goods) and Law no. 24/96 (Consumer Protection Law) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The seller is RegenRevive, trading as RegenRevive. Contact: the contact channel shown in the footer of this site. We answer order questions by email within one business day.

Every product is supplied strictly as a biochemical reference material for in vitro laboratory research. The products are not medicines and are not for human or veterinary use of any kind; they have not been evaluated or authorised by INFARMED or any other medicines regulator. To order you must be at least 18 years of age and a qualified researcher, or be purchasing for a research, educational or commercial laboratory, and you must accept the Research-Use Disclaimer in full. You are responsible for any authorisation that the import, possession or use of these materials requires in Portugal. We may cancel and refund any order where we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.

Prices are shown in EUR. Where VAT applies it is included in the displayed price at the applicable rate (23%); delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm. An order placed on this site is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm the order and your payment is received. How payment works: all orders are checked and processed manually. After you place an order, our team sends a secure payment link to the email address on the order, normally within 24 hours. We do not take card payments on this site and never ask for card details by email or message. Orders are held for a reasonable time awaiting payment and are cancelled if payment does not arrive. We may correct pricing or availability errors before acceptance and will tell you if that affects your order; if you have already paid, you may cancel for a full refund.

We deliver to addresses in Portugal only. We dispatch tracked, cold-chain-ready parcels once payment has cleared, and send the tracking number to the contact details on the order. Unless we agree a different date with you, we deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is formed; if we cannot, you may cancel for a full refund. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, take physical possession of them. Please check the address carefully — we cannot recover parcels sent to an incorrect address you supplied.

As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February (distance contracts), Decree-Law no. 84/2021 of 18 October (conformity of goods) and Law no. 24/96 (Consumer Protection Law). To do so, tell us clearly in writing (an email quoting your order number is enough) before the period ends, and return the goods within 14 days of telling us; you bear the direct cost of returning them. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being told, using the same payment method. Exceptions the law provides: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, nor to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Because these pens are sealed, temperature-sensitive research consumables, an opened or unsealed pen cannot be returned under the withdrawal right; a pen returned sealed, unused and within its cold-chain window can. Faulty or non-conforming goods: separate from the withdrawal right, goods must conform to the contract for three years from delivery under Decree-Law no. 84/2021; if a product arrives damaged, is not as described or does not conform, you are entitled to repair or replacement and, failing that, a price reduction or termination with a refund. Contact us within a reasonable time at the contact channel shown in the footer of this site with your order number and the lot number on the box. A Certificate of Analysis for your lot is available on request — see Certificates of Analysis.

If something has gone wrong, contact us first and we will try to put it right. You also have these statutory routes:

In the event of a consumer dispute you may use the alternative dispute resolution (RAL) entities listed by the Direção-Geral do Consumidor, or the EU online dispute resolution platform, as Law no. 144/2015 provides.

Customers with an account earn 1 point per €1 of the order total on orders placed while signed in. Points are credited when we confirm payment and can be exchanged in blocks of 100 points for €5 off a future order. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, are forfeited if an order is cancelled or refunded, and the programme may be changed or withdrawn on reasonable notice.

Approved affiliates receive a personal code and earn commission on referred orders once those orders are paid. Affiliates must describe the products only as research materials, must not make any health, treatment, dosing or human-use claim, must not bid on our brand name in paid search, and must comply with the advertising, anti-spam and electronic-marketing rules that apply in Portugal and the advertising rules of any platform they use. We may withhold commission on orders that are cancelled, refunded or self-referred, and may suspend or end an affiliate account for any breach of these rules.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 6, RegenRevive is not liable for any loss, injury, damage or regulatory consequence arising from any use of the products other than in vitro laboratory research, or from any use inconsistent with the Research-Use Disclaimer. You agree to indemnify RegenRevive against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory guarantees as a consumer.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. All content on this site, including the RegenRevive name and logo, product photography and text, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission. Product names of the manufacturer are used only to describe the goods we stock.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rule or forum that applies to you. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your order, and you can save or print this page for your records.
